Race Report Coming Soon!!

Lake Havasu was a success!! 2:31:11 for my first Olympic Race!

2018 Race Plans

This year is going to be a unique year. I have conflicting goals...

1) I'm hoping to make this year a comeback year. Last year was plagued with an early season injury and then sickness from July to the end of september.

2) HOWEVER, I am looking to take care of my wife, kids, and extended family in a way that I never had to before. I'm convinced that it is possible to be a fast athlete Dad, but still have a flourishing marriage, relationship with your childre, and connection with family and friends. This year will be the beginning of a new quest to find that balance. You can follow this journey on Instagram, "Athlete Dad".

This year, I hope to race the following triathlons... as we have learned, this is very much subject to change!! Ha!

March - Lake Havasu Triathlon, AZ

April - Sahuarita Triathlon, Green Valley, AZ

June - Armed Forces Nationals, Point-Magu, CA

We shall see after that!!
